Work Style: Summer Dresses

I call this dress my "easy summer dress." On the days that I need a work look that require minimal preparation, I reach for this dress. It requires no ironing and it's easy to style since it goes with most of the work shoes that I have in my closet. Dresses are the easiest outfits for warm weather, just one piece and you're done. I really need to add more work dresses to my wardrobe this summer.
