Summer Style Favorites: What I'm Wearing this Summer

I love summer (warm weather!), and I love summer fashion. Below I’m sharing some of the items that are my personal summer style favorites. These items are in constant rotation this summer. Isn’t it funny how, the 80/20 rule seems to apply to our closet in that we wear 20 percent of our clothes almost 80 percent of the times, is that true for you too? I digress. Check out my summer style favorites below!
Dresses. As I've said before, they're easy and make the the perfect summer uniform. For daily style, I enjoy wearing a chic lightweight summer dress that I can pair with sandals. One, two, three, and I'm ready for the day. This summer I especially like floral dresses, like the dress I’m wearing in my photos and gingham, like this dress from Goodnight Macaroon.
Tassel Earrings. Stylish and eccentric, tassel earrings make everything look better. They're available in a wide variety of colors, styles, and materials and you can wear them with any outfit. I love them in bright colors. I've gotten a few on eBay for really affordable prices. I'm talking like under five dollars.
Orange Lipstick. When I want a bright lip, I’ve said bye, bye to my usual pinks, reds and plums (just for a little bit), and have been reaching for orange instead. I like Milani Orange-Gina.
Espadrilles. They’re a summer style staple for a reason, both stylish and comfortable, they wear well for summer outdoor activities and vacation style.
White Shorts. White Shorts. White is the perfect summer neutral. It pairs well with vibrant colors, pastels, and prints. As a result, I wear them A LOT come summertime. I like comfortable white denim shorts and a cute floral top for daytime. Tailored white shorts and a silk top paired with espadrilles make a great summer date night outfit.
