Chic Office Style - Color Blocking for Work

I color block to add flair to my work wardrobe in the Spring and Summer. It's such a fun way to add personal touches to your office wear and a great way to use color t express your style. Usually, I wear neutral colors to the office, but when I want a more striking look I reach for color, mix prints or color block. With this outfit, I liked how the soft mint blouse looked against the rich plum skirt, I pulled the looked together with a structured blazer and heels to make it more office appropriate.
