100 Ways to Elevate Your Life
Elevating our lives and growing as people are lifelong journeys. I believe that small intentional changes can lead to big results so I created a list of 100 ways to elevate and improve your life. This list is as much for me as it is for anyone who is reading it. I hope you find something that resonates. There are a few things on the list that I’m working on or working toward attaining. Enjoy!
Clarify your thoughts and feelings through consistent journaling

Save for retirement. Make compound interest work for you
End toxic relationships

Establish a morning routine. Morning routines can help you to set the tone for your day
Follow in Shonda Rhimes' footsteps and say yes to things that scare you. Do it afraid!
Staycation in your city. Enjoy your city through the eyes of a tourist.

Expand your mind and increase your knowledge by reading at least one book every month
Ask for what you want. Be direct

Listen to podcasts that add value to your life
Start a fitness routine
Drink lemon and warm water first thing in the morning. It promotes hydration and aids in digestion.
Wake up earlier
Invest in quality clothing; they form the foundation of your closet.
Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet with juicing
Whenever possible choose complex carbs over simple carbs, complex carbs pack more nutrients
Write down your ideas
Know your peak productivity time and use it to your advantage
Gain in-depth knowledge about one subject every year,. I heard this on a podcast and thought it was such a great idea
Ask for help when you need it
Make it easier to form a good habit by making it more apparent. For example, if you want to drink more water, put bottles water in the places you often visit (ex. your work desk)
Only buy things you like, don't buy something just because it's on sale
Create a nighttime routine, as the saying goes, a great morning begins the night before
Celebrate your wins
Cook and eat at home more, it's healthier and less expensive
Try tongue scraping, which helps to remove bacteria from your mouth and creates fresher breath
